How it works
Cilacar C Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Cilnidipine and chlorthalidone which lower blood pressure effectively. Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker which relaxes blood vessels and makes the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.
