Side effects
Nausea, Altered taste, Stomach pain, Diarrhoea, Loss of appetite, Dizziness, Headache, Shivering, Hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar level) in combination with insulin or sulphonylurea.
How to use
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole.
How it works
Galvus Met 50mg/500mg Tablet is a combination of two antidiabetic medicines: Metformin and vildagliptin. Metformin is a biguanide which decreases the production and absorption of sugar in your body and allows better use of existing insulin.
